The Xbox Games Showcase returns this weekend, and it is shaping up to be a big one. Xbox is streaming the event on Sunday, June 7, paired with a dedicated Gears of War: E-Day Direct right after.
Things kick off at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST. Because the Gears of War: E-Day Direct follows immediately, set aside a little more than the usual hour. This is one of the biggest dates on the summer gaming calendar, and Xbox has plenty to prove after a year of multiplatform shifts.

You can stream it free on all of Xbox’s official channels. The main broadcast runs on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Twitch, and an American Sign Language version airs on the XboxASL Twitch channel.
Accessibility is a big focus this year. Xbox says the double feature will air in more than 40 languages, with American Sign Language, British Sign Language and English audio descriptions on offer. Most viewers should find a stream that fits.
What to expect
The main event is built around new games. Xbox is promising first gameplay looks and announcements from its own studios and third-party partners. Once that wraps, the Gears of War: E-Day Direct digs into the start of Emergence Day with fresh gameplay and story details.
Temper expectations on one front. Fable has slipped to February 2027, so do not expect it here. Release dates for already-announced games, such as There Are No Ghosts at the Grand and Beast of Reincarnation, are a more realistic bet.
